AsidZ Studio - Terms & Conditions

By booking a session at AsidZ Studio, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

​

1. Booking Confirmation & Payments

• All bookings must be paid in full online to confirm the slot. Unpaid bookings will be considered incomplete and will not be reserved.

• Extensions of a shoot session are permitted only upon full payment of an additional slot fee, irrespective of how many minutes are extended. For example, even if the client uses only 30 minutes more, they must pay the full rate of the next slot.

• Slot extensions are not guaranteed. If another client is scheduled after your booking, the extension will not be possible. You may instead book a separate slot later in the day or on another available date.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If the Client Cancels:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time will receive a 100% refund, processed on the same day or latest by the next working day.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

If the Client Wants to Reschedule:

• Rescheduling is allowed free of charge only if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the shoot may be denied or treated as a cancellation.

If AsidZ Studio Cancels:

• In case of cancellation by AsidZ Studio due to technical issues, power failures, extreme weather (e.g. heavy rains), or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued the same day or next day.

• While we strive to inform clients at least 3 hours in advance in such cases, AsidZ Studio cannot guarantee prior notice.

3. Studio Usage Rules

• Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before their booked slot to avoid delays.

• Only expected participants are allowed inside the studio:

  • Single-person video: 1 person only

  • 2-person podcast: Only those 2 individuals

• No pets, children, or additional guests are allowed inside the studio premises.

• Clients are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times. Disruptive or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. Equipment & Property Handling

• Do not touch, adjust, or move any studio equipment, lights, or furniture.

  • Only the assigned studio technician is permitted to operate or modify any gear.

• Any intentional or negligent damage to equipment or studio property will result in full compensation charges to the client.

5. Teleprompter & Scripts

• If you require a teleprompter, please share your script in advance via a cloud link (e.g. Google Drive) with the technician. This ensures timely setup.

• Last-minute script issues may lead to delays or cancellation of that particular feature in the shoot.

6. Overtime and Extended Slots

• Overtime is not billed by the minute. You must pay for the entire next slot if you need to continue beyond your booked time.

• If you wish to extend your shoot while on-site, confirm the availability with the studio technician and complete payment immediately before proceeding.

7. Safety & Security

• For safety and operational reasons, CCTV cameras may be in use in all common and studio areas.

• Smoking, alcohol, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises.

• AsidZ Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during your visit.

8. Content & Conduct Responsibility

• AsidZ Studio is a neutral content space. The client is fully responsible for the content, speech, and actions filmed or performed during the session.

• The studio reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings that include hate speech, adult content, illegal activity, or content that goes against public decency or safety laws.

​

9. Rights & Changes

• AsidZ Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Clients will be notified of major policy changes via email or official channels.
