AsidZ Studio - Terms & Conditions

By booking a session at AsidZ Studio, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

​

1. Booking Confirmation & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full online to confirm the slot. Unpaid bookings are considered incomplete and will not be reserved. Extensions are permitted at ₹30 per minute, billed after the shoot. Extensions are not guaranteed; if another client is scheduled immediately after, they will not be possible. Clients who anticipate needing more time should book consecutive slots to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Client SideCancellation: A standard 25% cancellation fee applies. Refunds are calculated as 75% of the package/session value for unused sessions. No-shows are treated as cancellations; if the client does not arrive within 1 hour and no communication is received, the studio will process a 75% refund. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services.

Client Side Rescheduling: Free if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests within 24 hours may be denied or treated as cancellations.

Studio Side Cancellation or Rescheduling: In rare cases of technical issues, power failures, or extreme weather, clients will receive a full refund or may reschedule. While we aim to notify clients at least 3 hours in advance, uncontrollable circumstances may prevent prior notice.

3. Studio Usage Rules

Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before their slot. Only expected participants are allowed:

• Single-person video: 1 participant + 1 helper.

• Two-person podcast: 2 participants + up to 2 helpers.
  No pets, children, or additional guests are permitted. Professional behavior is required; disruptive conduct will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Equipment & Property Handling

Clients must not touch or move studio equipment, lights, or furniture. Only the assigned technician may operate gear. Any intentional or negligent damage will result in full compensation charges.

5. Teleprompter & Scripts

Scripts must be shared in advance via a cloud link (e.g., Google Drive). Last-minute issues may cause delays or cancellation of teleprompter support.

6. Safety & Security

CCTV cameras may be in use in all areas. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. AsidZ Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

7. Content & Conduct Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for the content, speech, and actions recorded. The studio reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings involving hate speech, adult content, illegal activity, or material against public decency or safety laws.

8. Rights & Changes

AsidZ Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or official channels.
